CMS 1006

A 36" O.D. by 20' long, 14,000# non-removable U-Tube unit employed to boil vegetable oil using steam. The unit featured custom designed flanges constructed in accordance with ASME Sect. VII, Appendix 2 requirements.

Variation tolerances for the tube hole DIA's in the 3" thick 316 stainless steel tubesheet were kept within .002" for the 490 316 stainless steel U-Tubes.
